    FOR RICHARDSON DESIGN

  • General Electric wanted to convert the second floor of a warehouse in Cleveland, Ohio, into a showroom for their past, current and future technologies. Richardson Design divided the 11,000 sq. ft. space into nine areas. A light color palette and translucent materials prevent the expansive space from becoming too heavy. Rolling panels, suspended by a central track, are flexible space dividers. Exhibits are reorganized for various groups of visitors. (2009)
