RESTAURANT DESIGN

TUCKER is an Australian fast food and casual dining concept, serving meat pies, sausage rolls and vernacular desserts. The challenge for this project was to simultaneously introduce a new food type to the American customer while firmly establishing a unique identity for the restaurant in the competitive fast food market. Concepts explore distinctive designs that speak to traditional and contemporary Australian forms and materials. (2011)
