Whole Foods wanted to update their freestanding cheese fixtures in the Chicago area. New fixtures would complement, not replace, the main cheese counter, and integrate a forced circulating air system (currently lacking). Design concepts use a cascading tower system that would more appropriately distribute forced cold air onto the cheese products. Concepts combine traditional and modern elements. (2008)
